Please help me--what song is this?

I am preparing for my student's graduation and I want them to learn a song on this youtube video. I just need the title so I can find the lyrics and music. It is the song after America the Beautiful on this video. I figured maybe it was called 'A Beautiful day' or 'A New DAY'. Please help.

Someone in the comments said it was called A Beautiful Day. So I Google some of the lyrics and that:

A Beautiful Day

Verse 1
See the sun shining in the window
Time to start a new day
Can’t you hear the songbirds singing
Have them sing out loud and say

Chorus 1
That it’s a beautiful day for running in the sun
A beautiful day and it’s just begun
A beautiful day to do what I “wanna” do (uh-huh)

Yes it’s a beautiful day just to be alive
A beautiful day … so glad that
I’ve got a beautiful day
And I’d like to share it with you

Verse 2
Look around there’s a world of beauty
From the mountains to the sea
And there’s a wonder around every corner
Awaiting there for you and me

Chorus 2
Yes it’s a beautiful day for running in the sun
A beautiful day and its just begun
A beautiful day to do what I “wanna” do (uh-huh)

Yes it’s a beautiful day just to be alive
A beautiful day … so glad that
I’ve got a beautiful day
And I’d like to share it with you

But nothing about who wrote it or anything.
