Please help - need opinions re: Favors! w/ Poll

I got my favors from Fortunoffs! They were very accommodating and they wrapped them all for me for FREE in beautiful white paper

They came out beautifully, however my Mom and I unwrapped one just to look at it and we realized they left the PRICE TAG on them.

The price tag says $17 each, but we paid less than that because we received a quantity discount.

Should I UNWRAP each favor to take off the price? I really could spend the time on other things, like my SLIPPER basket... Is it really tacky if I leave the price on?

i think you should take the tag off!!!!

imo - it's tacky if you leave it on. no, you won't look cheap bc it says $17, but it may look like you are trying to advertise that you spent that much on a favor. sorry - jmo.

Take them back to fortunoff and have them remove the price tag and re-wrap them.

i work for Fortunoff- no problem. take off all the prices go back explain the situation they will re-wrap them for you. If you like call first speak to a manager let him or her know what happened and go in and have them re-wrapped. Don't leave the price on that looks poor.

No, YOU shouldn't unwrap each favor and take off the price. Fortunoff's should unwrap, take off the price and then re-wrap.

Love the favor and I would take the price tag off &have Fortunoffs re wrap them.

I think you can catch more bees with honey. No need to raise hell (don't become a bridezilla) just go there and say 'I know this was unintentional but the price tags were left on my favors. I would appreciate it if you could re-wrap these for me'. I am sure they will do it. Good luck

Definately call Fortunoff or bring them in wrapped. I'm sure it was just a mistake and may very well have been just the one but if you have the time I'd say it's tacky to leave the price on. Though, if you are pressed for time then don't and people will understand. It's a minor thing ultimately!! Hopefully the worst to go wrong for your wedding! Be polite regardless- it's their job to give good service an they'll be quicker to help if you're nice, get forceful if they resist. Bridezillas are not needed in this case!!

I would suggest bringing them back to Fortunoff and making them re-wrap all of them. They made the mistake and they should unwrap and re-wrap all of them

I don't think there is a need to 'RAISE HELL' it might have been an oversight and I am sure Fortunoff will be decent enough to unwrap and rewrap the packages for you. I would call before I go in to let them know what happened but I don't think you will get anything accommplished calling and making a big deal it is not like that switched favors on you or anything. Did you open more than one box?

I agree with everyone that says that Fortunoffs should re-wrap them for you. It is too nice a favor to be made tacky by having the price tag left on.

Ditto. There should not be a tag on, and Fortunoff's should know better.
