We are starting our invites and I was hoping that you could help proof read the wording and punctuation. Also should I be capitalizing any other words? Thanks in advance!
P.S. my parents are remarried that's why are there three sets of parents listed.
Angela XXXXX XXXXXX and Joshua XXXXXXX XXXXXX, together with their parents, Mr. & Mrs. William XXXXXX, Mr. & Mrs. Mark XXXXXX and Mr. & Mrs. Steven XXXXXX, invite you to share in the joy when they exchange marriage vows and begin their new life together Saturday, the twenty-sixth of April Two thousand and eight at six o’clock in the evening Larkfield Manor 507 Larkfield Road East Northport, New York *Formal reception immediately following
Also, FH thinks it should read 'invite you to share in THEIR joy' I think it should be 'the' joy what do you think?

Re: Please help proof read!
are the parents helping with the wedding? if not, i would leave the 'together with their parents' but get rid of the names. If so, then leave as is - I think its just hard to picture but i'm sure on the actual invitation it will look great!

I think it sounds fine either way! It's really up to you guys to decide! IMO, I actually agree with your husband.

Re: Please help proof read!
Looks good to me. I think you can use either 'the joy' or 'their joy'...its personal opinion.

Re: Please help proof read!
I was totally stressing about my invite wording (we're paying but both parents are helping) so now I'm totally stealing yours

Re: Please help proof read!
I think its perfect! I agree with everyone who said no periods, and that its your personal preference with 'the' and 'their'. I personally prefer 'their joy', but honestly, I doubt anyone will really get your invitation and notice the one word. Congrats and good luck!
