Hi all! I am newly enagaged and my fiance and I are looking to have our wedding in the Long Island/New Rochelle/North Jersey area next fall in either a hall or Temple.... anyone have any recommends? So far I have booked appointments with the Palisadeum, Temple Sinai of Roslyn, Temple Beth Torah (Morrell), Woodbury Country Club, Lake Isle and Fountainhead - any feedback on these or other places is very much appeciated! Thanks!

My aunt and uncle had their reception at Fountainhead in 2005 and it was beautiful. I remember the cocktail hour being out of this world & the entree was also very good. The only thing I didn't like is that they really do not have a lot of ideal picture spots, so if you book there, you should plan to take pictures somewhere else beforehand.
My mother wants FH and I to look at Glen Island, but we're waiting until after the holidays.
