Please help! RK Bridal registry question

Hi ladies,

Has anyone used RK Bridals' bridal registry before and can advise dhow it works?!

It's where you register all the girls names along with the dress manufacturer, style, and color. It's supposed to allow all the girls to get their orders in, but they won't actually place the order until they are all in.

Well I did it and then went through the motions of 'placing' an order for a dress online. There is absolutely NO place to enter the name of the bride, so they know what registry the dresses belong to. WTH?

I called the store and got a girl who told me to do it again and look more carefully. Well I did, and there's nothing. Now the line is constantly busy
