Please help us pick a B&B in Cape May..
We seriously can not decide where to stay for our 1yr anniversary this summer and these b&b's are booking up fast!! So, we've narrowed it down to these listed. We've never been to Cape May & would love to hear any comments on things to do there. Thanks everyone! ---Dawnie G

Re: Please help us pick a B&B in Cape May..
My sisters and I rented a house there for a week in Aug...I'm so excited - also never been. We're taking our parents for my mom's 60th and their 40th wedding anniv! Can't wait for a week at the beach!I don't know much about what to do there either so I'm looking forward to seeing some responses...

DH and I stayed at the Southern Mansion. It is a little bigger than most of the B&Bs which is nice because of the privacy factor. The rooms are also huge and not covered in floral patterns, which is different than most of the B&Bs.

DH and I go to Cape May ALL the time..i love it! I am not into b&b, because we rather something more private. My favorite hotel is the Congress Hall. It is very expensive during the summer season, so we usually stay there in the fall/spring. I have stayed at the Alcott inn. It is across from the beach and is very quaint. It is a 30 room inn with a b&b feel. They have a great restaurant and have free breakfast every morning on the front varandah. It is very nice. Both places have websites. You should go to capemay.comFM me with any questions!

Re: Please help us pick a B&B in Cape May..
OK, we ended up booking The Mission Inn because pretty much everything else has been booked already. But it looks pretty nice. It isn't the traditional 'Victorian' B&B that Cape May i s known for. It's more of a Spanish villa theme, which is nice for a change. We've never stayed at a place like this, so we'll see.....If anyone wants to check it out, here you go.....Click here for the Mission Inn
Really looking forward to our anniversary weekend!!!
