We went crib shopping today. We saw a Sorelle set that we liked. We had intended on getting natural wood, however, my DH loves the white finish??
Can anyone share their experiences with the white finish?? I am afraid it will chip.. Also, do you think it can be neutral for a girl and a boy?? Also, it gets dirtier easier...
Also, it doesn't have a drop down side...
We need to decide ASAP... Any advice would be so appreciated!''
ETA pictures of dresser and combo unit, however we are looking at a white finish.

That's beautiful!!! I say if you;re having a girl go for the white, as she gets older she'll still ove it! We had to buy my 5 year old new white furniture because her baby furniture was a dark mahogony wood. We are passing it down to my other children, but in th end, white is so girly!!! And if you get good quakity you'll love it, it always looks so clean and bright!

P. S- depending on your height, you'll need a drop down. I'm only 5'1' and I needed the drop side, or I'd need a step stool

Do you know anything about the brand Sorelle? I can't remember from Baby Bargains if that was a good brand or not??

I've definitely heard of the brand. Legacy is the one I hear alot.

We just ordered our furniture in a similar color. I like white but feel it's kind of girly if you plan on using it long term as the baby grows up. I worried about chipping also. We really liked cherry finish but we worried about every mark showing up too easily.

Go with the natural wood, I think it just looks so pretty and clean. The white is ok, but i'm not one for all white, plus i'm sure dirt will show up more on the white furniture. JMO

We went with a white crib and dresser. I just love the way white furniture looks in a nursery. Cole has a sleigh crib and a sailboat themed nursery, so its not at all girly. Since he's our first, we'll pass this furniture down to our next and get him a new set to grow with. As for cleaning we haven't had a problem at all, and theres always Clorox Clean Up if theres a stain.

Well, we decided to not get the white. It just looks like it is going to chip to easily.. We got a natural crib....
