Please help with BM dresses (a little long...sorry)

Hi, I've posted some questions about this before so I am so sorry if I am repetitive but I need to make decision yesterday and don't know what to do!

My BM and I picked a Jordan Dress (Style #1510). I really like it b/c it has pickups, but also pleates and the top is uncommon. I also like it it b/c same company makes flower girl dresses and I want them to be the same color.

Here is the problem:
I want to do a fall theme but I wanted pink dresses, so I figure Raspberry or Fuschia. Both in the pink family but fall colors. Well I had my photographer take a picture of the swatches and the Fuschia looks cherry red and the Raspberry is such a dark red that it almost looks brown! (I also had a friend take a picture with his professional camera and the same problem)

1. I could still go with the Jordan Dress but in a color called Daphne Rose (it photographed the best). But does it still go with the fall theme and is it an old lady color?

2. Switch to a different dress (Mori Lee - their Raspberry photographed better) and not have the flower girls match

I like the first one.........will you be taking most of your pics inside or outside? The day light may make it look diff, but I would go with the darker color

Personally I would go with that first color.

But if youre crazy about the lighter, do it! Ppl say you can't do brown in summer or a light color in the winter or whatever. But I dont go for any of that. For ex, my sis did brown in summer and it was fabulous! Im sure ppl do lighter pinks in fall too and its fine. If its what you like, go for it. Try not to over stress so much about how it photographs, worry about how it looks for you and everyone who will be there day of. (I know easier said than done)

Im sure you can probably get a close to perfect match for the flowergirl dress even if you decide to go with the mori lee. I got Levkoff BM dresses and dont have a flowergirl dress by them to match or anything. But I know no one would ever notice/care if it wasnt by the same name. Some of the stuff us brides stress over, ppl dont even notice and wont remember in the end.

I like the darker color better but i also like the lighter shade too. I wish the pictures portrayed the colors better. If the 3rd one looks more like a mauve color than your good for the fall color scheme. Hope this helps

I like the first two because they seem more fall. The third one I think is beautiful, but it doesn't scream Fall to me.

I still like the first one. The color is so autumn-ish.

Thank you so much for your replies, but the problem with the first two dresses is that the swatches look really RED in the pictures my photographer took.

If you are that unhappy with the way the first two colors look in the photos and you really do like the lighter pink, I wouldn't worry about it not being 'fall' enough. Go with what you like, it is a pretty color regardless what time of the year it is. Good luck!

Thanks! You think it will go with a fall theme? (like apple center pieces and leaves and such?)

I really love the first color-but you said its lighter in person. If you like the 3rd color I say go for it. I have seen that color and its a gorgeous color. You can do anything you want as far as colors are concerned-being that it isnt a bright pink it can definitely pass for fall
