Please help with job hunt

My DH just lost his job. He was in the mortgage industry and as we all know the housing market is suffering and his company closed (while we were on our honeymoon- I should add) Now DH is depressed and worried that he will not find anything.

If any of you ladies are aware of a position available please let me know. He went to a career counselor today was told that his transferable skill is sales. If any of you know of a sales position available please FM me or reply to this post.

DH has also worked in the insurance industry and various jobs like loading cargo for the airlines and bartending as second jobs.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks for listening ladies. It was horrible news to come home to and DH is devastated.

I'm afraid i don't have any leads but I just wanted to say I'm sorry this is happening to you and DH after such a happy time! Sales is very broad so i'm sure he'll find a good job soon!

Has he tried contacting a recruiter? They usually have great leads. If you need the name of one, let me know--she's great.
