PLEASE HELPPP....

I know this is a stupid question, But i was wondering if there is anything i should do or bring when I go registering for girft for the 1st time....I'm clueless at this....please help!

nope...they give u a list of things to remember to register for! but def eat something beforehand because it takes awhile and you are walking around a ton...have fun!

I didnt bring anything, usually when you register they will give you a list of suggestions for your regisrty. You will be ok. Have fun!!

thanks girls! I think is going to be exciting!!!! I was trying to do BBB and crate and barrel on the same day and a friend who recently got married almost yelled at me for saying that--she said it was going to be too overwhelming so I guess we will just go for BBB and do Crate and Barrel another day

definitely stick to 1 store a day.....at least for your first registering trip. fh and i went to bbb and after a couple of hours we were just completely exhausted and a bit overwhelmed. it's fun picking out gifts, but there's a lot!!

Wear comfortable shoes, and don't bring any bags that are too heavy hehe....both stores we went to gave us more stuff to carry around! Definitely bring a bottle of water if you can though, b/c it will take a while and you don't want to get cranky (or FH to get cranky )

we went empty handed and at BBB they give you a tremendous check list with suggestions etc...made it easier since we had no clue

Oh yeah...before you register for appliances make sure you do a lil research...we got a vaccuum cleaner that I HATED it didnt work at all...so we then had to do research, lugg it back to the store...get the new one...and lugg that one home!

Nope they just 'suggest' items but for me it was a waste mainly because I've had my own apartment for so long now (10 years).

Also I have inhertited my grandmothers china and silverware from both grandparents and mother so I had no need for that but wanted more everyday dinnerware so I registered for that instead

The only thing I can say is if you really don't need it don't register for it.

Also don't register for everything in the same store...spread it out between a few (like three) stores.
