I don't think any of the colors you mentioned look bad on pale skin -- I'd go with red or the turquoise but I love bright colors.

I think the chocolate might be better with fair skin...since the others are bright...they may attract attention to the contrast...

Turquoise for sure! I have dark hair/light skin and bright bathing suits, especially blues, make me look better, make me look less pale!
