I 100% agree...Arlene is the best...you tell her one thing and she knows how to run with it...my friend just went to a wedding and the flowers were so beautiful that she had to ask who was the florist and it was Florissima.

I'm using Fleurs de florissima. Arlene was very helpful. I know nothing about flowers, so I'm sure I was trying the patience of the florists we met with.

She ended up misquoting me for our flowers by $1500 (gave us a price $1500 cheaper by not adding up everything that was listed on the quote sheet). She said that since that was her error that she would honor the price, so we're getting more than what we are paying for. I thought that was nice.

I booked with the flower shop of Melville ....
She did my Future Sister In Law's wedding and her flowers were beautiful!! Not only that her bouquet lasted 2 WEEKS!!!!!!

She was giving us the most for that same amount as everyone else!!! I loved them !!!

I'm using Flower AFter Flower in Massapequa. Christine was very helpful and accomadating to the price quotes I gave her from other places!

I am going with Perry's Florist in Ronkonkoma (even gave me a discount because I am a LIW member).

I met with James Cress and I hated them. The guy a met with reminded me of a used car salesman and was sooo rude...they had the cheaper price, but I would not do business with them on principal because he was sooo rude.

i am using perrys also...

raindrops and roses in bay shore. my family has used them for everything and so has everyone else we know, and now we're using them for our wedding! they're really reasonably priced and do amazing work. i highly recommend them.

I went to them tonight and I LOVE them! I have one more place on my list to go to, but I think I am going to go with them.

They were actually under my budget.

Bayview Florist and Montage! Sunrise Hwy Massapequa... We've been using them forever- my parents know the owner very well. They do an absolutely amazing job with weddings- so many people in the Massapequa use them b/c they have such a great reputation. And their shop has some of the most unique gifts you'll ever see. And they gift wrap everything with celofame, ribbon, and flower petals- it's so pretty!

I'm the other Yale Club bride who had a bad experience with Fleurs De Florissima (hi josiet!)...

Beware - they talk a big game (great salesmanship) but they do not deliver.
