HA! I've been in gym clothes since 11:00 this morning! I have my trainer at 5:00 though so I have to go. I tell you, there's nothing like a week off to turn you into a lazy bum!

thanks for the motivation ladies! I feel glad that I went and worked out...it was SO hot in the gym though! They refuse to put AC on until june! yowza!
