we did black top, khaki bottom (though none of the pics showed the bottom.) To make it a little different, i wore a short sleeved sweater and he wore a polo.
How about this idea -- v neck sweaters in different colors with a white button down underneath? I love that look but it didn't work for us b/c we didn't want to buy new stuff.

we had jeans that were similiar in color, but he wore grey and i wore blue(so i am lighter in the pics, but i wanted a contrast and didnt want to match too much)

I don't have mine here, but I'll post some when I get home tonight. One tip we got was to make sure whatever yo wear isn't too trendy- you don't want the pics to be too dated and look at them in a couple of years and think 'what the hell was I wearing?!'

I got mine done at Sears, I wanted to do it somewhere outdoors but FH HATES taking pics (complete opposite of me I'm a picture ham) and he compromised on doing this so I took what I could get. They came out ok, some better than others but beggars can't be choosers right?lol I posted some on my wedding website here. XOXOXO Kitty
