ITA - other than that looks good!

I would:

Abbreviate New York to NY
Change the reception wording...it sounds a little awkward

I think you only need the name of the church and the town on the invite not the whole address.

Also to be honest, I don't love the wording on the reception card.. 'to help us celebrate' what about something like,

Please join us as we celebrate the Newlyweds
at The Swan Club beginning at 7:00pm

(insert address of Swan Club)

Something like that or...'the celbrations continues....', 'please be our guest as we celebrate...'

I agree about the 'To Help Us Celebrate'. It sounds a little awkward to me as well.

I would leave the address of the church on unless you have a wedding website that information is on. Otherwise how would people know the address of the church?
Seems to me church names are so similar it would be hard to just go online and google.

OH also agree about putting your and FI's name on separate lines.

I know my invites has the church's full address on the directional card. Do you have one? If so I'd include it on that.

My church is very very small - I doubt they have direction cards.
