I don't think that is the name of it. I have their card and can check. They just opened the new store a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I was one of the last clients on the last day in their old location. I thought my hair had a pink tink to it when I was leaving the salon, but when I got home, I saw that it was REALLY pink. Of course, they weren't opening the new salon for a week, but the receptionist told me to call there because she would be working but nobody ever returned any of my messages.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, I got caught in the rain and all of the pink washed down my face. $140 on coloring down the drain (or down my face!)

You know .. I have a great colorist and I have dyed blonde hair, and years ago, when I wanted to go red ... a lot of my highlights were pinkish. I think this is common. The red washed out in like a week or two, because red is a hard color to maintain. Did you have blonde hair before this? It is very hard to add color to bleached hair.

Nonetheless ... I am sorry you had pink hair. I know what it's like!

I tried and they were already closed. I was really one of the last clients at that location. The moving truck was there moving out all of the furniture as I was getting my hair done. I even told them that I work in a VERY conservative place and can't have anything crazy done to my hair. SO PISSED!

Jenn, I go to a place on Hempstead Tpke in Bethpage called Top Cuts. Great place, and pretty affordable. The owner is terrific - her name is Chris. It's in the shopping center on the corner of 107 and Hemp Tpke - same shopping center as AC Moore and Jackie Reilly's.
