I know it's further east but we love our vet, Dr Luckow in Ft Salonga right on 25A.

One of the vet tech's is our dog sitter and played *limo* driver for our dogs to our ceremony.

Would the Northport/Fort Salonga area be close enough? You could try Dr. Luckow. He's in the shopping center where IGA and Intermezzo Restaurant are. I know someone who took her dog there and she loved everyone at Dr. Luckow's office. Supposedly a very nice, caring vet.

I go to West Hills Animal Hospital in huntington on Jerico Tpke. Their # is 631-351-6116. The make house calls AND have Sunday hours! The doctors there are fantastic, as is the staff.... good luck!

my grandparents use dr luckow b/c their dogs hate cars and since they live right there, he'll go to the house. inlaws use this wonderful sweet woman, her name is lori harris, she's in commack. she'll pick the dog up and drop it off. wonderful woman. 462-2211
