Please Recommend Interfaith Officiants

Hey Ladies,

Can you please recommend officiants for an interfaith wedding (Jewish/Italian).
I spoke with one yesterday who was wonderful, expect way out of my budget.

What are you all paying for your officiant?

Hi my daughter is using Rabbi Renee Feller and Father O'Donnel. It was hard to find a pair that the church would recognize the ceremony outside of the church but they do. They are expensive but are great. Go to her website and give her a call. http://www.rabbireneefeller.com good luck

We are using Interfaith Union (vendor on here), Father Joe and Cantor Cohen. They are awesome! I would definitely recommend them.

We are using Rabbi Alan Block and Msgr Jim Lisante.

Msgr Jim requires interfaith pre-cana, but it was over 1 weekend (a couple of hours on Friday evening and then Saturday), and it was a great experience for us to go through together.

I don't remember prices though, don't have it with me.

We are using Dr. Janine Burns to officiate at our Jewish/Lutheran wedding.
Her fee is $550.
Tell her that Susanne & Mike, (October 27 North Ritz Club) sent you, and she will take off $50.

Dr. Burns

Ceremony will be spiritual without being religous. FH is doing the Jewish tradition of breaking the glass., the last time he gets to put his foot down ( ).

We are using Rev. McCormick. He has been great to work with so far. He is an LIW vendor and his website is http://www.revmccormick.com. He does interfaith ceremonies and I am sure that he could recommend a rabbi as well.

We used Cantor Cohen and he was fantastic!! We didn't use Rev. DeVincenzo because DH wanted to use his mom's pastor as our other officiant, but I've heard good things about him too.

We are using Cantor Harris Cohen too!!! my FH is also italian and i'm jewish but we are having (on sunday!!) a more traditional jewish ceremony. But the cantor said he'd do whatever we wanted, very laid back and funny. But seriously everyone we talked to was expensive. He's 600 and that is without a ketubah(dont know if you are doing one). Found that cantors/rabbis who included ketubahs were about 850 and we figured we could buy one instead to keep the cost down farther.
