How about sound beach or rocky point? We just bought a house in sound beach and love the area. We walk to the beach! It's awesome

I FMd you, but maybe if your looking in the 300-400 range you should look a little south. We got a beautiful 4 bedroom ranch in the 4s, but we searched long and hard for that deal. But I saw a lot of nice houses in the 3s & 4s on my search, but all south of Southern State/Vets.
