Please recommend where you bought your BM's dresses!!!

I am going dress shopping with my BM's next saturday and I have to find places to go. This will probably take us several weeks so this week we are probably going to go to david bridals and nordstrom in nassau.

Where did you go???

We dont want to go into suffolk so if you went to a place in the city or naussau please let me know....

no not all wanted to make sure my suggestion had the designer you are looking for.

I went to Valentina in Brooklyn they have Impression, Jim Hjelm, Lazaro, Levekoff

There is the wedding plaza in Jerico Turnpike

You need to make an appointment at this place but there prices are really good there in the city it's small but they have a huge selection

I know lesten in brooklyn too has alot of dresses I know service is not great but at least you can get an idea of what you want

We went to Here Comes the Bridesmaid in NYC. It's right near Penn station (just moved from U Square). They have tons of dresses at good prices. It's the only store we went to and found everything in less than 2 hours. I'd recommend it.

On a side note, I'd recoommend it over RK Bridal b/c they give you a lot more attention at HCTB, will do your measurements, etc.

We are going to Lillette's in Merrick. I bought my dress there and they have the BM dress in stock. I like the customer service there

we ordered ours from RK bridal also. It was the best price but figuring out the sizes was difficult.

Just a warning.. I went to Here Comes the Bridesmaid and it was not good. Everyone was helpful and very nice, dont get me wrong. But the store was teeny tiny!!! Only 2 fitting rooms and it was crowded. Plus my MOH is plus size and ALL the sample sizes were between size 2-4 I THINK they had one size 6, so my MOH couldnt try any dresses on. She felt terrible.

At least at RKbridal she could try on dresses, JMO
