We have an accepted offer on
THE PERFECT HOUSE!!!!
It's a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house with water damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's got a full basement & a decent yard.....we can't get a convential mortgage due to the amount of repairs needed to make it livable so we are working out our financing.
OMG! Cross your fingers for us that the deal goes through!
Gotta go to my bonusdaughter' s concert now-I don't know if I'll be able to sit still for 2 hours!

Re: please send good house buying dust my way!!!

Thank you
Things are moving along-seems like the deal will go through.
The house is in Lake Panamoka-its lakeview.
The exterior needs updating, I don't like the arrangement of the windows in the front, so we will move them & vinyl side the front(the sides & back already have vinyl)
& the yard needs fixing up

Richsbride-
Looks very nice!!
We'll be neighbors! DH and I are signing a contract on a house in the Lake Panamoka area today (though we can't close until the end of August.)

Thanks everyone-Stace-it's too contemporary weird for me-LOL if that makes sense! But we'll change it.
Claud-Lake Panamoka is near Wading River-so its northeast of where we are now.
OneDay-We'll be neighbors!!! Where is your house?
