I just got back from the meeting a bit ago and filed two formal complaints.

I'll tell you this - it's tough being a woman in this business, and being a younger woman at that! There will always be someone out there that can't fathom reporting to a female in the work environment!

Don't ever allow anyone to put you down for something you never had control over (being born a female.) Always stand up for your beliefs, never lose site of your goals, and something you think is 'minor' and ignore, could eventually develop into something massive.

Do not accept the phrase 'You Can't'....b/c you can do anything and everything you set your mind and heart to.
