carving stations Herb crusted prime rib w horseradish sauce and smoke pork loin w herbed goat cheese (YUM).

Wok station: mandarin chicken & beef w cashews, fried rice

Pasta: wild mushroom ravioli w white cream sauce and tri colored rotini in pommodoro

Hibachi station beef beggie chicken and seafood kabobs and carved seafood strudel

and seafood bar w shrimp and clams on half cell yum!!!! HTH
