Cinnamon Jigs!!!!

Make a regular pie crust

Use a rolling pin to roll it out as big as you can get it

sprinkle water on the dough

then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar all over! (more sugar than cinn.)

then cut in strips vertically and once across the middle horizontally

roll the strips into little swirls and bake in the oven until brown!

SOO GOOD!!!

These are my Favorites!!!! And pretty easy...

MAGIC COOKIE BARS

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (I usually crumb them in food processor)

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees for glass dish). In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt margarine in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour EAGLE BRAND® evenly over crumbs. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Trifle is super easy. It's a layered desert. You get a trifle bowl

and you can put in anything you want and the layers make it look so pretty. I usually start with a layer of chocolate pudding, a layer of brownies, a layer of cool whip and then repeat. I top it off with chocolate shavings or chips.

Re: please share your THANKSGIVING...

Step One: Drive To St. Honre's Pastry Shop in Port Washinton

Step Two: Get out of car and go inside.

Step Three: When asked if you would like some help, purchase mini tiramisu, mini cheesecake, mini charlotte, mini st. honre cake, and all other assorted mini cakes.

Step Four: Bring them home (DO NOT EAT ON THE WAY!!)

But seriously, that's the best bakery ever. Also, I have alot of recipies at home...I'll definetly post one later for you.

Pumpkin cheesecake

I usually wing it when I make it, I don't follow recipes...just eyeball it and it works well for me but this is the closest recipe to what I do.

Re: please share your THANKSGIVING...

i make chocolate chip pecan pie and it's awesome and sooo easy. i can't remember the exact measurements and i have it at home but you can probably google it.

all it is is semi-sweet choc chips, pecans, dark corn syrup, eggs, and maybe vanilla extract(?) I buy the deep dish frozen pie crust. the recipe i had doesn't say to but i suggest melting the chips b/c sometimes they clump if you don't melt them first.

it's awesome, everyone loves it and it's SO easy. i'll probably make two - one for FH's mom's house and one for my sister's.

Re: please share your THANKSGIVING...

I'm sorry - but these are ALWAYS ALWAYS a hit at all of my family parties. The last one I went to, my cousin's gf made them and people complained that they went TOO fast and not everyone got one. Ha ha! I'm not good with brownie style desserts, otherwise I wish I could make them. I'm better with cookies and cakes for some reason. My brownies and blondies always come out too crunch or too raw
