Re: Please show me pictures of Purple Flowers and Centerpieces!
These are of my bouquet. I had John of Flower Michelle custom match the color of my mini callas to our custom ketubah and I loved it. I wanted no greenery, just monochromatic look. It is really striking in the pics -- dark purple against a white dress and red (black magic roses without greenery) against the men's tuxes and womens black BM dresses. It is such a pop on the BP photos that it looks like someone almost added in a color -- it looks that rich.

Not to rain on your parade but be really careful with purple roses. They die much quicker than other colors. Almost every time I see them - they are dead or almost dead. I'd really give it a second thought if at all possible. Also - sometimes they photograph almost gray in color

As far as longevity, our plum mini callas were very hearty and lasted for days after the wedding, I am told.

I had ALL purple roses in my bouquet and in the girls bouquets and in the centerpieces. There was absolutely no problems with them wilting or dieing! My bouquet was just as beautiful at the end of the night, as it was in the early morning. I think it depends on who the florist is. If they know what they are doing, and care for their flowers, there should be no problem! Don't doubt your whole idea! They are my absolute favorite flower! I am scanning a pic for you now of mine and my sister's bouquets.
