Please Someone Tell Me

how to relax..
My wedding is in 17 days and I am out of control
I cry I laugh I eat I cant eat and I do NOT sleep...

I am very happy and excited to be getting married to the man of my dreams but my goshhhhh I need to RELAX

Wine is not helping



I think I became an alcoholic within the past two weeks

DO NOT go for a massage.... I read this once and think it's soooo true....

During a massage -you lay there, supposeldy relaxing, but all you can do is lay there and think about all the stuff you have to do....it's a VERY bad idea - unless you can shut off your mind to do that this close to the wedding!!!!!

REALLY??? Oh man...i would think it would help, but i can see what you're saying Idk- where FH??? Can he make use of himself downstairs?? That might help....

nerves do wonders lol
im sure ill be just like u when its that close

Go shopping!!! For anything. THat always helps me. Ive been doing a lot of shopping lately

wow... sounds familiar..

i was freakin out before my wedding... mostly nerves! you will be fine!
i was suprisingly VERY calm the day of the wedding..

just relax and enjoy your time with FH!!
