magnet queen hands down. THICK glazed magnets with high quality print outs. NOW i haven't received mine yet so I can't completely say go use them but i really was pleased with the samples.
My only regret is that vistaprint really is cheap and they have more surface face on their magnets for less money then magnet queens but i know they are thinner and not sure if they are super glazed uv coated.

I used Magnet Street Weddings and I love the way the magnets turned out! They are thick and stay very well on my refrigerator. We got a picture of us on them and that came out very clear. The shipping was fast also.
On the top of that page you can also request a sample. They will usually then give you a coupon code for 10% off the magnet.

I also used magnetstreet.com and got a 10% discount. I like that they came with envelopes too. And it shipped quicker than they said - they said 2-3 weeks, but it was more like a week and a half.

I just ordered mine last week from magnetqueen.com I mentioned LIW and got 50% off, free envelopes, free plastic sleeves and free shipping and handling!!!! I'm just waiting for my sample to be emailed to me so I can see but like other have said I requested samples and the quality was great.

we did ours online using Vistaprint and they have many different styles and sizes to choose from and you can design your own from start to finish including fonts and pictures.
