Re: Please tell me what symptoms you had . .

Thanks Everyone !!!
One last question I promise.

Does it matter that I'm on the pill? Does this mess w/the preggo test?
And will it harm the baby if I am preggo if I continue for the next 2 weeks until my period's due?

I have been VERY BAD about taking this pill regularly.

liz, if you had your period 2 weeks ago (was it regular like normal???)... you should be ovulating now... pregnancy symptoms shouldnt start this soon. I think its a bug.

ty - now that I re read my last post... the cramping of implantation and sore boobs starts this soon but not the nausea and vomiting that you are experiencing. That is caused by hormone levels in your body which shouldnt be that high now if you are 'newly pregnant'.

Just to be safe (I dont know about BC because Im not on it) avoid alcohol and drugs for the next 2 weeks or until you know you are out of the woods

Thanks. I'll be careful.
I feel much better b/c my boobies are not sore, and when I get PMS, they get sore. I hope this is a good sign that this is indeed a bug.

I think how Karen is explaining it is exactly right, but then again there are a few out of the ordinary...

Don't get panicked Liz -

Sometimes if you are not on track with the pills, it can mess with your well being (make you feel 'off' and stuff). I'd wait a couple more days and if it persists, get a test girlie!!

I didn't have any symptoms that made me know, to be honest if I didn't take a test I wouldn't have know till I was 5 months and felt fluttering.

Thanks again ladies.
Shammee I hadn't thought of that. I've been so so bad w/the pill.
It all started w/the Honeymoon

By the way, I do have a PG test at home for emergencies. I only had to use it once before and I was negative. Luckily b/c I wasn't married yet

liz...whenever I missed a pilll and took 2 the next day...I would be terribly nauseous and dizzy (to the point where I was teaching a class..had to sit down and send a student to get me a drink)...and I know this has happened to 2 friends

and from what I read (but since I am not a doctor I am not 100%) that BC pills don't harm the fetus they just stop ovulation

Re: Please tell me what symptoms you had . .

Thanks Erica.
I did take 2 pills the day before, so maybe that is why.
I ddint take one last night, I feel fine this morning.
I'll take my pill today with lunch.

But to tell you the truth ladies, I don't even know if it's worth finishing out the months of pills b/c I'm behind -- way behind.

Liz I would call your Dr. If you have messed up the pill it can make you sick as a dog, and if you messed it up badly, it doesn't protect you anyway! So if you aren't ready for a 'belly mistake' , and you two are going to keep up this fun and frisky behavior, make sure to use a backup method!

But call the Dr. They hear this stuff ALL the time. They know what to tell you!

Thanks Jenny.
I didnt call her b/c I KNEW she would yell at me, I'm such a chicken.
I guess it's back to backup for the next 2 weeks then
