I think it depends on your dress. If you have a very simple dress than I would get a cascade. But with a very formal dress I would use a clutch. I think a cascade combined with a formal dress can be a little to much, but it really dresses up a simple gown. I have a princess type wedding gown, so I went with a simple yet elegant clutch. JMO

My florist said it depends on the dress and perhaps your height. I have heard that not many short brides look good with the cascade bouquet. I went with the nosegay (which I think you are referring to as clutch? Not sure) because I just liked it better.

Its all a matter of preference. Both can look great and 'go' with everything. Ask your florists to do a mock up for you and see what catches you eye! Good Luck with your decision!

I think it really depends on your preference...I prefer the clutch...jmo - I can't help but associate the '80's with a cascade...although I have seen a few nice ones lately...more modern than the ones of yesterday

The first bq is my favorite bq EVER!!! I would have loved to have had it....but it wasn't the look I was going for. All of those bqs were from Martha Stewart Weddings issue. I guess you are a clutch girl!!

That is why I love it so much. It is all wildflowers. It seems so romantic and beautiful!! I love it so much. But they told me it was way too informal for my wedding. They said it is more for a garden wedding. That is so baffling to me that you don't like it. This website continually proves how different people's tastes are!!

A lot depends on the syle of your dress.

Mine was cascading but small. It covered the prayer book my Mother carried for her wedding.
