Ok now its down to 2 appetizers! Please help us! TIA!

Mozzarella Caprese - Fresh Mozzarella with fine ripe sliced tomato, Roasted eggplant and peppers, Drizziled with Balsomic vinegar and olive oil.

Antipasto Plate - Prosciutto and asparagus spears with marinated artichoke hearts, fresh mozzerella and roasted peppers.

Also, a lot of people who aren;t italian don't even knownwhat proschiutto is and will be like 'eww what is this?' (i've seen it happen).

#1 is my favorite...and i think more people will eat it. The antipasta has anchovies (most do anyway i think) and i know alot of people that wont eat anything that has touched anchovies. JMO
