pls post pics of your wish cards/guest sign-in alternative!

Hello brides! I need to figure out my alternative-to-guest-book situation and am thinking of doing a wish vase with cards. This is going to have to be DIY since I am only 2 weeks away (yikes!) so can you please post pics of your non-traditional-guest-book-sign-in???

I'd specifically love to see ideas for wish vase poem, what you wrote on the cards, etc.

In Irish traditions they have a May bush and since I'm getting married next May, I'll be utilizing this idea. Basically you put a little poem in front of a small topiary tree or push that explains that guests can write wishes or advice to the couple. You can use fabric streams and fabric pens for the guests to write on. They then drape it on as if it were a Christmas tree. I'll see if I can find pics.

we did a sign in platter we ordered from Pottery Piazza (http://www.thepotterypiazza.net/)

everyone signed it and then we baked it in our oven to preserve the signatures and its something we actually use!!
