Plum Island

Plum Island

Since so many of us have FMIL issues and in my case FSIL issues also. I thought we could start a list of the reasons that Plum Island should now be used as In Law research.

I'll start:

1) More marriages would be given a fighting chance!

2) Less stress- less grey hair-- less dye jobs-- SAVE MONEY

3) Peace and Harmony

4) No spliting the holidays

Re: Plum Island

Is this limited to MIL's or can ANY inlaws be experimented with?

I think any...

But to add...
No more dry turkey on Thanksgiving...

No more spoiled birthdays!

No more guilt trips...

Oh, there's so many more reasons!

No more telling me that because of MY wedding she needs to spend the money to rip up her carpets

No more, WHY ARE YOU TREATING ME THIS WAY WHEN I HAVE CANCER, when in fact, she does not have cancer and has not had it in like 5 years.

No more telling me to cut my parents guests from the list (when they are paying) so we have room for their friends.

We are so done- we cut so many people, and a lot of their guests. I was against it at first, but it is his family so F it!!

Re: Plum Island

Swags you are so funny!

Ok, my reasons are:

To prevent being called 'Kerry', former girlfriend's name, when name is 'Gabrielle'

To harness the power of breath when screeching about wedding plans as source of alternative energy

To experiment, a la Pavlov, with birthdates. Say 'March 23', and give FMIL food and water. When March 23 arrives and there is no recognition of birthday, take all food and water away.
