Does anybody know where i could take my BM to try on dresses a few of them incl. my MOH are plus sized and i would love for them to see what dresses look like on them before we order. I really want my MOH to be comfortable when she goes to see the dresses.
I know about davids bridal but i was trying to avoid shopping there. (i am in love with some Alfred Angelo dresses) and they dont carry AA at DB
TIA for your help ladies

Re: plus size BM dresses
Hmm to be honest in working at a bridal salon i learned that the desiginers send the same sample to each salon. Most of the sizes run between 8-12. Alfred Angelo included...sorry and good luck!

Re: plus size BM dresses
I had the same issue with one of my girls... I chose a Lazaro dress which only came in small sizes but what I did was have her try on a different dress in the same style at David's Bridal just so she could get an idea of what the dress would look like on her.... She was concerned that she wouldn't look good ina trumpet style dress, but felt much better when she saw that the trumpet stye looked great on her when it was in her size. It didn't matter that it wasn't the actual dress. Could you do something like this?

This isn't accurrate...I worked at one of those stores and know that they don't carry them in plus sizes. They carry one sample per dress...sorry! This might be the list of stores that carry AA samples..
ETA: all of these stores can ORDER them in plus sizes though

Re: plus size BM dresses
You can call them and see if they have a plus size sample. They may not have the exact dress but a similar silhouette. That would give u an idea of how the dress will look. I know RK bridal in the city has plus size samples of bridal gowns, they might have plus size samples of BM dresses

Re: plus size BM dresses
David's Bridal is the only place I ever found with plus size samples. My girls were very discouraged when we went shopping and one of them suggested we go there. We wound up finding our dresses there and everyone was happy! (Bride included! )
This is the girls in store, all wearing The Dress:
And on our wedding day:
