Plus sized brides .... please help

Where did you get your dress?? Do you have pics??

I am soo scared to go shopping and I am running out of time!

I got my dress at Lynbrook Bridal - they had tons of dresses in plus to try on. Here's a shot of my dress:

I went to pardise bridal in patchogue, helens in commack, davids bridal in lake grove, Bridal suite of centereach- where i purchased my dress. If you have any more personal question feel free to fm me. It was not bad going everyone made me feel comfortable, i have to say all the above shops were great, make an appointment. Good luck!!

i got mine at paradise bridals. they had a huge selection of plus size dresses. i loved my bridal consultant, she made me feel so comfortable. i have pics of my dress in my album. if you have any questions, let me know.

I think there is a common misconception that bridal stores don't have plus-size dresses. I never once ran into that problem, I tried on a ton of dresses in multiple places. As you can see from this thread, people got their dresses in a ton of different places. I'm not sure why everyone thinks they are going to have a problem! I did, too! I got my dress at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, it's a Maggie and I LOVE it!!! You can see pics in my album.

I got my demetrios gown at Fantasia Bridal in rocky point, they had a lot to choose from. They are the sweetest people, so helpful. This way my gown.

just wanted to make a note:

although i did not find my dress yet i wanted to mention that the employees at wedding center of commack and princess bridal were amazing.

also, there was one bridal store that i had a horrible experience at FM me if you'd like to know...

the search is still on....

does anyone need a full bra(goes down to hips) its a 46 F and Im not using it.. If you want it you can have it. I bought it at davids bridal and wore it once to try on ONE dress. Litterally has only been worn for like 5 minutes.

I have a question..these places mentioned besides David's did they have BM dresses in plus sizes to try on. Probably an 18-24 size (not really sure about the size but I know they usually run small)
