For those of us who are blessed with PMS, what are your main symptoms? Does anyone get that God-awful FATIGUE?? I think that's my main symptom and the one that effects my life the most. It's not like a sleepy tired, but a wiped out tired. Sometimes I feel like somebody took the bones out of my legs! LOL. No strength! I also tend to get a little socially withdrawn towards the final days.... Thankfully I don't get nasty, though!!

Re: PMS--What are your symptoms?
My IBS works up... nothing helps.. everything and anything I eat feels like rotor rooter in my tummy and never stays with me longer than a half hour.
No bloating issue with me as im always dehyrated.
ETA: no emotional issues but I feel cruddy cause I cant really eat for a week. Its a total bummer. But I never bite at people or cry.. just sorta depresssed.

What you all said, minus the IBS. Sucks big ole moose balls, if you ask me, and I think we're getting the short end of it.
