i went to huntington po and waited for an hour. this is abt a year ago.
Make sure they do them on Saturdays. Mine stopped their weekend hours, and only have 5 or 6 hours on the weekdays. If you have time during the weekdays, you can just go to the County Center in Riverhead (you'll need a check for the Suffolk County Clerk for the site fee). Although there's not much of a line at the Riverhead post office either. (I guess because you can just go to the County Center.)
I know Bohemia post office does them and so does the Shirley post office. keep in mind that only part of the payment can be paid by credit card the other portion has to be paid by cash or debit. I was in their the other day and this girl was flipping out because she couldn't pay for the whole thing by credit.
Lindenhurst does it but i waited about 30 for mine but showed up like a hour and half before they closed so i would just wake up and verify the time they start and do that in order to miss the line.

Holtsville PO does passports on Saturday but only from 10-noon I think. During the week it's 10am-3pm.
