Pocketfold Invitations-Envelopes

I'm trying to get a grasp on this pocketfold thing. Do you do an inner envelope with 'John Smith & Guest' or do you just put it on the outside envelope with the address? Thanks for your help.

i'm not doing inner envelopes i feel they are a waste
we will just address the envelopes to all that are invited
