pocketfold rsvps

Can anyone tell me how they did their RSVP's for their pocketfold envelopes?

We go the fold over cards but you can not see them when you insert them in the pocket.

Please post pictures if you have them.

Mine is a separate card that you take out & mail in a small envelope..the second pic shows the cards out of the pocketfold (they have no text on them yet...still need to make them) HTH!
