poem/saying for signature drink UPDATE... what do you think????

at our reception we are offering the following: different kinds of beers, different kinds of wine, and one mixed cocktail... the mixed drink is our 'signature drink'.

this is the recipe: 1oz apple flavored vodka
2 oz champagne
3 oz apple cider

we are calling it 'THE BALL AND CHAIN'

i want to put up a framed sign of the drink options right on the bar, ok....so far so good.

this is where i need help:
how can i word/phrase the sign for the info on the signature drink?????
