My sister has a wedding on saturday night....she has this velvet outfit she loves....can she wear velvet in october? I wasnt sure...Its a off teh shoulder 3/4 sleeve...wtih a skirt that is to the ground and flares on the bottom...it looks one peice....its beautiful...thansk for helping....

My friend's wedding was 5 yr ago this weekend and we wore velvet dresses as bridesmaids.
I personally don't like to wear velvet until it's chillier out but that's b/c I get overheated.
Otherwise I say go for it.
