It's really a Thank You Luncheon since a) there's no rehearsal, b) it's not a dinner and c) we're throwing it. But you get the idea

I voted for #1 it strikes me as a luncheon invitation more than #2 but both are nice

I picked #1 because I thought it was less formal looking than #2, but they're both lovely.
