Can I add a related question? How many people came to the reception but not the ceremony (especially if they were in different places)?

We invited 294, but only 164 are coming. It's probably because the wedding is on a Thursday of 4th of July weekend. And our minimum is 170. Only 10 days 1 hour 44 minutes left.

I hope I have declines like you are all posting! We invited 248 but we're hoping for no more than 185! I'm starting face the fact that we're going to have more guests than we want!

We invited 275 and only 203 came. We had to guarantee 210 so we were able to include the vendors. So we ended up paying for 2 people who didnt show. Not bad. Would have never thought we would have gotten 70 No's.

Septemberbride--we thought we'd have too many people than we wanted as well, but it seems like all the 'no's' come at the end.

hey just curious because i have been wondeirng about this too..Did you send out save the dates and did you know about no's ahead of time?

We have 167 on our list and are hoping for 125 ish but i am not sure if we should invite more...we have a b-list too so maybe we can stager as we see them come in.

This is the worst part of the wedding planning for me.. so far we have 166 people on our list. And we can only have 150. And my father keeps bringing up names and FI will not give me his complete list. I keep getting 'I may need to add 5 or so names'. I think we will be fine, but I only have 100 invites...I may need to get more.

This is th most stressful part!!! I wish the men would get off their butts and start realizing that the wedding is in 4 months.....

And I still need to look into limos.
