Poll - How much are you spending or willing to spend on all your flowers?

I have no idea! None! Id like to know the average.

If more just let me know if you could - I messed up on the poll LOL

It totally depends on your budget and style. Some girls spend upwards of $10K, others spend under $500.

I'm buying wholesale and my aunt who is a florist will be arranging them for me as a gift, florists charge lots for their service because well, because that's how they make their money. The actual flowers don't cost that much. Don't worry too much about what others are doing, figure out what works best for you.

I happen to have grown up with my florists sun, so she is willing to do my arrangements for me at cost. My total is less than a thousand thus far. Actually, if I remember correctly its probably less then $800

It also depends on what flowers you want. Some are harder to get in certain seasons therefore you'll wind up paying top dollar for them. It all depends on your personal taste.

i'm thinking that i'll be under 1,000 because i don't need church flowers and my centerpieces are very simple

I think it depends on what you want.

If you only want personal flowers, i.e. bridal party then you can definitely find a florist for under $1000.

Things start adding up however if you want church arrangements (decorations) and also the type of centerpiece. I think centerpieces end up being the most expensive and that cost is influenced by the number of tables you have.

If you require all of these for the wedding (church, hall, bridal party) I think some of the more reasonable florists can do this work for you (again depending on the type of centerpiece) for about $1200. Depending how the type of centerpiece however and flowers you choose that number can inflate drastically. But if you were doing an all roses wedding you might be able to get quote starting at $1200.

I was willing to spend $1200 plus tax and got a wonderful deal.

It does depend on a lot though CP, bouquets, headpieces for FG, Im spending 3500.

Only just started looking around but I'm getting prices between 75-90 per cp...times that by 12 or 14 tables....ughhhhh....

I'm spending about $2500 but thats because mom really wanted exorbitant tall centerpieces with 4 dozen rozes in each one. It really just depends on the type of flower, type of vase, if you want tall or high (high can be sometimes double the shorter ones). Everything is definitely doable if you go in and say, I only want to spend $xyz. They'll work with you.
