I always wanted white, but when I tried them on ivory just complimented my skin!

As of now, it's ivory. I ALWAYS wanted white white but evidently being olive skinned and with a summer tan....the white is too stark of a contrast...ivory is softer and looks nicer so far.

OH, and don't be fooled by 'ivory'....in everyday life that is off white..in gowns it really looks white....if you asked a guest to guess the color I'm sure they'd say white.

my dress is an antique color. i chose the color b/c it matches my great grandmothers veil perfectly! the veil didnt look right with the ivory dress.

i don't think there is anything wrong w girls wearing ivory or something else but i just always wanted white.
but a little pink in the white dress is ok, OF COURSE!

Ivory! I could barely tell the different between ivory and white since white silk is sort of off-white anyway. The ivory had a softer, more vintage, antique look to it.

I agree, you can hardly even tell the difference between the white and the ivory unless theyre right next to each other.

white! i didnt try anything else on so i dont know how ivory looks lol i am very pale and the white looked fine to me!

thats exactly what happened to me. but my ivory is more like an off white so some people still think its white.
