Ivory! I could barely tell the different between ivory and white since white silk is sort of off-white anyway. The ivory had a softer, more vintage, antique look to it.
you definately can't tell the difference!! i had to put white and ivory next to each other to notice! and my dress in white silk and definately off-whiter than other ones...i love it so much!

white - my mom bought my dress for me and that was her only request - she wanted me to get married in a white dress LOL

I really wanted.. white.. the whitest possible.. but when I tried on dresses.. Ivory looked better.. so I picked ivory

I ordered my wedding gown. The technical color is called antique gold. However, it looks like a deep ivory. I decided I liked it cause it looked better with my skin tone. Plus, it gave this particular gown a richness < is that spelled right? Which I thought would look good for a fall wedding.

I chose Ivory b/c I an Irish redhead girl....enough said- haha I do tan, but not that much.
My dress is called ivory, but its more like a diamond white. You ca only tell its not white if you hold stark white up to it.
My mom was talking to another bridel in the dress shop and when my mon asked if she ordred her dress in white or ivory, the other bride said 'white, like hers' and pointed to me.
I was pretty excited b/c I was torn getting an ivory dress.
The pics i my album look yellowy b/c I took them w/ the camera phone in the dim dressing room

I was told I'm not allowed to get a white wedding dress!!!!!!! Why... Because my skin is too pasty white (I look completely washed out) at first I was upset but I ordered my dress in ivory and I really like it better!!!

My dress is diamond white. It looks white but the dress people said that the taffeta of my dress would look too iridescent in white white.
