i'm getting luggage tags as favors - should i get one per person or one per couple?

Hmm, if was me it would depend on how many people you are having at the wedding and how expensive they were. Usually you do 1 favor per couple but with that tupe of favor it would be nice to do 1 per person.

We did luggage tag favors for my sister's 30th bday and we did one per couple.

We are doing luggage tags for our favors also and we are doing one per person.
