The Crescent Beach Club is beautiful but I believe it's alot more than your budget. My quote was over $150 pp. I think for a daytime wedding it's less but not less than $100.

The Riviera is nice but I think that's closer to $100 plus per person.

Sans Souci Caterers
Swan Club
WaterView Club
The Crescent Beach Club
Fox Hollow Catering
The Old Field Club

Are any of them under $80/pp in October??
Every quote we got was for a LOT more and we had a min of 150

We finally decided on verdis of westbury.
check them out, its not on the water, but its beautiful (just don't take 10/9/10, that's our day )

The Riviera quoted us at $80pp but had a min of 125. We were going to book there, but we couldn't get their min to go down

Old Field Club is out of that range...its $110 for Friday or Sunday and $130 for Saturday.

That being said its my RH and I think its absolutely gorgeous, completely different from most LI RHs and for me it definitely had that WOW factor...its totally worth the price!!!

Some of these places are definitely more than 80pp but I thought we could go see them at least - maybe work something out - who knows.

I voted for the fox hollow but it's not on the water.

I voted for it because I know it will have the 'wow' factor and be close to your price range. We're paying $75pp for a Friday night, include taxes and tip and it comes out to around $97pp. Make sure to factor this into your budget!

The wintergarden pavilion room is intimate and VERY different from what other halls have to offer- waterfall on the back wall, glass cielings (used to be a greenhouse) on that basis I suggest Fox Hollow.

Tom will work with you somewhat. I know another bride got the price down a little by doing more of a buffet style dinner, but I think she also had to up her minimum from 100 to 125. I think that $110 is a great price for everything you get there...you are the only wedding there that whole day and because of that you can choose whatever time you like...they will make menu substitutions and such and in general are just really great

(sorry, I can't say enough good things about them!)

I went to the swan club to look with a friend and they have a beautiful outdoor area and an indoor/outdoor ceremony location that is nice, and i think they are in your budget

Did you think of looking into the Venetian Yacht Club in Babylon Village?

It is right on the water, with a view of the Bay and the bridges.

I definitely second this!!! We were quoted $95 for a Friday night pre tax and tax. The menu is amazing and the rooms are wonderful. If you can adjust your budget this would be a good fit!
