POLL: Please choose which color would be better?

OK - so i've decided to get shawls to for my BMs. Now i cant get the shawls that match the material to the dress because they are just insanely expensive - and i do want to get the girls nice presents (they are $95 each! )

So... i've decided to get them 'pashminas.'
So which color do you think is best?

Just as a note - i do NOT want pictures with the shawls - i dont forsee them having to take pictures outside (only FH and I will - i would be mean to make them take pics outside in january). And even in the indoor pics - no shawls will be used.

Another option which i dont think i am too keen on is to get them all different colors that match the dress but that they personally like (since i am spending $45 on the shawls).

ETA: I chose apricot as an option because the girls will have various colored roses (peach, orange, camel) and mango colored callas.

I would say, probably winter white. It would go and it's neutral enough that they can wear it again.

What colors are your flowers (before I cast my final vote)?

I think forest would be nice contrast???? JMO ....I happen to love forest green

but my 2nd vote goes for the winter white.

I think forest would be nice contrast???? JMO ....I happen to love forest green

I was thinking that 'pesto' color would be nice, or the forest. A deeper shade of green would be best, IMO.

I think the moss and forest green are both pretty and would contrast nicely with the celadon dresses. I think apricot would be too much.

I like Avocado or Pesto - they would give a little contrast.

I am thinking black. Since the fabric is not the same, I think that a shawl that is close in color to the dress, but different in texture might look funny...

or, maybe moss...with the different colored flowers, black might not look nice...

I think the Avocado, but if not, then go with winter white imo.

I THINK EITHER AMBER OR AVACADO.....

AMBER IS A BETTER CONTRAST COLOR FOR THE DRESSES, PLUS COMBINES WELL WITH THE FLOWER COLORS AND MOST LIKELY TO MIX AND MATCH BETTER WITH OTER COLORS AND WEAR IN THE FUTURE.

I would get them colors they like rather than colors that match the dress since you said you don't want them wearing them for the pics anyway so what's the point. However I would get something neutral too that they can use with different outfits. ETA: like raisin, pesto, woodsmoke, moss, etc.

I really like the Moss with the dress, but I think the Pesto would be really nice too.

pesto gets my vote. I think sticking with a shade of green is key. You don't want it to tkae away from the dress, just enhance it.

if you want the same color/same material as the dresses i would go the the garment district and try to make them!

my mother did this for one of my girlfriends who refused to pay $75-80 a shawl - my mom made them for something like 20-25 bucks. my FMIL is making ours as my mom is still busy with my dress...
