Are you putting anything in your invitations stating where youre registered?? or do they put that in the shower invites only? Please settle the debate FH and i are having right now.. thanks!

Pretty sure it's just shower invites...although you can put it on your wedding website if you have one of those. I think it's actually supposed to spread only via 'word-of-mouth' but things have changed to allow it on the website and in the shower invite....not entirely sure tho!

Wedding gifts are usually cash from my experience in this area. Registry info is generally ONLY on the shower invite. I've never seen a wedding invite with registry info.

DO NOT put the registry info in the wedding invites - that's the ONLY thing i'm 100% on....
your BP puts it in the shower invite - so you are NOT asking people to buy you things - which is what that is assumed to mean....

And I agree...on the wedding website is okay...(we have our registries on our site)
