I tried on a maggie dress last night and it was in a light pink.... I'm in love with it!

Also... I saw the kenneth pool dress that Denise from 08 wore in a light green... and it took my breath away... I'm torn on this .. I've always wanted to wear white but I really love the light colors!

its funny bc the sample i tried on for my dress was that light green, i have it in my albums and you cant see that well the green but if you look closely you can tell its a light green, the flash takes away from the color. I couldn't wait until my dress actually came in bc i had no idea what it would really look like since the sample was green and it makes things looks different, such as the beading and all that so i waited a year to see it in ivory...I do have to say that the green was a beautiful color

It must have been at the same salon! And I was thinking the same thing about how it would look in white or Ivory. I couldn't wait to see your wedding pics!! That dress is beautiful in any color! I just love it!

i loved the green color but after seeing it in ivory when it first came in you do see the big difference in how the beading looks. Thank you so much, i have to get it cleaned though it got so trashed lol

I always assumed I woudl wear white at my wedding... then i started seeing how white, actualy was!

Irovy was much better for my skin tone and to me, still looks white...but softer!

i think many of us who got ivory expected to get white in the beginning...but when i went dress shopping the ivory went better with my skin color, which im sure is the reason why most other girls also picked ivory...also depending on your designer white can be TOOOOO white. Even at first when they told me to go with ivory i still insisted on white until they brought out a white dress made by the same designer and it was just TOO stark white, also with it being so stark white the beading looked different...they then showed me ivory by the same designer and to me it still looked white just not as bright as the other one and they pointed out how it makes the beading look different. So bc of that and the fact that it went alot better with my skintone i went with ivory. But looking at my dress it didnt look yellow or anything at all, even in person especially didnt look like that, if they wouldve told me in the store it was white then i wouldve believed it was white
